Then, I dive into managing client relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring they’re maximizing their partnership with Cegal. I handle several meetings and calls, check on client progress, and update them on new features or improvements 🙌.
In the afternoon, I focus on performance monitoring and resolving any issues that arise. I use various tools to track client usage and troubleshoot problems, escalating them as needed 💯. I also work on identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with my amazing teammates to drive impactful solutions 🚀. Analyzing data and feedback, I pitch new products or services to help clients achieve their goals. It’s a rewarding role that combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and teamwork 😎.

I’m thrilled to dive into tech! I use Salesforce for tracking client interactions and managing renewals, Teams for collaboration and video calls, and Trello for organizing tasks and projects. ServiceNow handles customer billing and workflow efficiency, while SharePoint is where I store and share documents. MS Office 365 is my go-to for creating and editing work, and Co-pilot helps me monitor customer health and feedback 🙌. These tools keep everything running smoothly and fuel my passion for tech! 😍
