What does a typical workday look like to you?

As Customer Success Manager, I have commercial responsibility for a given portfolio. My typical everyday life is to follow up with my customers in the best possible way, via e-mail, telephone, and preferably in physical meetings. There is a good mix of internal and external meetings. I also work closely with our Product and Tech Sales department to understand the product value against the commercial.

As you understand, an exciting and varied everyday life that constantly offers new challenges.

Which technologies do you work with?

I mostly work with cloud technology - and mostly around our solution Cetegra.

Simply explained, Cetegra ensures that employees in a company interact effectively across different solutions and platforms. Cetegra facilitates specific digital needs from data integration to cyber security, and the technology can also contribute to reducing emissions.

As I work directly with customers, I am exposed to many different technologies – everything from networks, security, software, hardware, general infrastructure, etc.

What drives you at work and in your role, what's fun?

What drives me in my everyday life and what is extra fun is, of course, satisfied customers. Being a part of solving problems for our customers with Cegal technology is exciting, challenging, and very educational.

I will also point out that we have a very good environment in the sales department at Cegal. We are a good mix of both ages and gender who have a great time both at work and in social settings.

You attended the Cegal stand at the Energyworld in March - what experiences do you have for this day?

I have attended Energyworld a couple of times in the past and my experiences and expectations are that this is a very good arena for meeting both customers and colleagues as well as making new acquaintances.

The focus of the conference has shifted from oil and gas to how we can use this experience to decide the way forward, and how we can apply new technology to new energy sources, which I think is exciting.

Cegal also organizes a customer dinner after the conference, which is always very nice.

What is your favorite Podcast?

I listen to many different ones but like crime and documentaries such as Krimpodden

What is your favorite quote?

Just do it!

Is there anything else we should know about you?

I am a twin mother of two active boys of almost six years. At the moment they don't like the food I serve, everything is unfair, everything must be discussed, and everything must be negotiated😅

In my spare time, I like to be outside the most. I like skiing (both alpine and cross-country), and mountain trips, and I try to play a bit of golf.
