What does a typical workday look like for you?

At work, my day starts with a flask full of coffee. Before I meet and greet my colleagues at work, I fill my coffee flask which I enjoy while checking emails and organizing my day.
Usually, days are well planned and organized as I work mainly on projects and new tenders so there are no surprises.

Which technologies do you work with?

I am responsible for Project Office Service offering in Business Services. I do not work on any specific technology but I work a lot with Techie nerds ( if I am allowed to use this word). I use Microsoft Apps for my day-to-day work.

Can you tell us a bit about some of the projects you`re working with?

Sure 😊
The projects involve a diverse portfolio, spanning technical initiatives, change management in organizations, and advisories for IT portfolios. We help customers convert their vision into reality with our flexible and scalable Project Office Service.

What is important for you and Cegal to achieve success?

Being relevant is very important to all of us as an employee and Cegal as an Organisation in this constantly fast-changing world of 
technology. It doesn’t matter which profile or role you work in, it is important that you are updated with the latest trends, technology, and frameworks needed to do your daily job. Also, in a dynamic world customers’ business requirements are changing rapidly so we as an organization should be a step ahead so that we can support and help our customers to adapt to the changes with the least business disruption.

What drives you at work and in your role, what's fun?

Hands down, the best part is my colleagues—they're my daily dose of joy! 😊

In my role, I work with cross-department teams which gives me an overview of things happening across the organisation. Working with different teams in different parts of the organization helps you with the bird's eye view (you can literally lift yourself up from your department and see interdependent activities across the organisation)

What is the best thing about working in Cegal?

You get the feeling that you as an individual matter a lot and contribute to the growth of the company so you get the feeling of being relevant.

Do you use AI in your job? How?

Meet Chat GPT, my last-minute superhero! It swoops in to cross-check project reports and saves the day. After completing my EMBA, Chat GPT became my study buddy, a time-saving, structured response provider. It's also my go-to for answering my constant "Why and What" questions.

Is there anything else fun we should know about you?

Outside work I am passionate about baking, cooking and gardening 🍰👩‍🍳🌳

Working with soil is like meditation for me. I forget about the world. I am fascinated by the whole process of germination. The power of soil to convert a tiny seed into plant and tree.
Fun fact- I love to talk to my plants. I think they hear me and flourish more when I tell them that I love them, my husband call me crazy but who cares 😍💚 Crazy? Maybe. Effective? Absolutely!
