We are proud to have several inspiring speakers from Cegal presenting at the event that are fantastic role models from different parts of our organization. The first speaker on the agenda is Anna Klasson from our People Experience team who will discuss how to build an unstoppable culture. In 2022, Cegal and SYSCO merged into one global tech company. How is culture part of these processes and what does it have to do with a cornfield?
Next, Victoria Stenstø and Kjetil Gustavson from Gaidme will be focusing on turning culture into a growth catalyst. Expect practical tools and experiences from their innovative platform, and a dose of artificial intelligence.
Following that, Anna Kaia Søreide who is a team lead for our customer support will delve into transforming team culture and the importance of having fun as a team while delivering results. Rounding up the agenda is Thomas Elgar, our Director of Cloud Products who will share his insights on promoting innovation culture and how to follow new trends and technologies in the market.
