Pride and inclusiveness in Cegal

In Cegal we are committed to be inclusive. Actually, we are taking this so seriously, that we made it one of our core values, to make sure we always have our eyes and hearts fixed at it. We believe that we are all equal, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, cultural background, age, or any other label or box people use to describe themselves or others.

Pride is a month of celebration of love and diversity. Among other, Pride creates an annual opportunity for individuals, companies, and society to reflect on how members of the LGBT+ community are being included at the same terms as everyone else. In Cegal we want to join the celebration by changing our logo to a Pride version in social media, but more importantly, we want to state it as clear as we can: We appreciate you as you are!

We are a diverse company, we believe diversity is a key component to business success. Our services are used by people, and to build our business we need all kinds of people represented in Cegal. But above all we strongly believe that we are all equal and deserve to be included.
