Cegal is an ODA Platinum partner

Cegal is a Platinum partner of ODA – the Nordics’ leading network for women in tech.   

ODA is clearly emerging as an organization with a genuine interest and commitment to diversity and to get more talented women into the tech industry. We share ODA’s vision and thoughts 100%. The decision to become a Platinum partner was therefore easy to make. We will do our utmost to ensure that both we as an employer – and ODA – reach the target of 40% women in tech within 2025. So far this year, we have doubled the employment of new women compared to last year.
