I don’t know yet, but I assume it will be very exciting and varied!
I will mainly work with Azure-related technologies. This includes amongst others, PowerShell, some C# and .NET architecture, and network technologies and protocols.
Values that drive me are to have fun and be motivated at work, to constantly be challenged, and learn new things. However, it is also important for me to have a sense of accomplishment and see that my contribution to the organization creates value for the end users. I am also motivated by teamwork, as I know that without teams, we wouldn’t be able to create complex solutions that require expertise from each person in the team.
As I haven’t worked in Cegal for more than a few weeks, it’s difficult to pick one thing, but so far the people seem awesome and very skilled at what they do. I’m looking forward to working with many of them. I also have the impression that Cegal really focuses on the growth and aspiration of their employees, and give them the room and support needed to develop their skills and expertise within their area of expertise.

Microsoft University (MSU) is a collaborative program between Microsoft, Glasspaper, and a couple dozen other companies, amongst which Cegal is one. In this program, newly hired, usually fresh graduates from different IT studies are attending a six-week course with the aim of passing several certifications in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, .NET/C#, security compliance, etc. I am attending the Azure Platform track where I after my six weeks at MSU hopefully will have passed the two certifications AZ-104, Azure Administrator, and AZ-305, Azure Architect Design. There is also a track for Azure Development, which focus more on developing Azure solutions.
The first few weeks of MSU has been quite intense and the learning curve has been steep. However, I think its very interesting and fun, and I am thankful for being given this unique opportunity. I appreciate our very skilled and proficient instructor who really takes care of our learning process in Azure, and gives us the utmost support in making sure we pass our certification exams.
After I finish MSU, I will be working at the Public Cloud Team. I am looking very much forward to applying my newly acquired skills in real-world cases, and continue building my experience and expertise within these interesting and relevant technologies.
I don’t have a favourite quote, but I do admire many things said by some of our great thinkers. One of them is very
relevant today, which everyone should take a moment to reflect on:
“Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed.”

I have a passion for cooking, language, culture, traveling, and doing outdoor activities in nature or mountain hiking.
I’m also very wary of injustice and unfair treatment of people.
As a 16-year-old, I spent one year in Japan living with a Japanese family and going to a Japanese high school. Really the most interesting year I’ve ever experienced - so far! It also made me a slightly above mediocre speaker of Japanese.
