We do this by setting requirements for our suppliers and partners (Code of Conduct) and provide clear expectations to stakeholders in the value chain. At the same time, we seek to work in partnership with others and collaborate in the supply chain to achieve sustainable development.

We are an open and transparent company. We have strict and clear routines for anti-corruption and a massive focus on information security in everything we do with associated routines and procedures. Cegal is a responsible community player. The UN and the EU have identified the tech industry as one of the most important drivers to reach the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. As we represent an industry with significant influence, we have a social responsibility outside ourselves.

Based on the fact that we consume 2.5 times the accessible resources on the globe every year, our society is traveling down a dead-end road, creating irreversible damage. This is changing attitudes towards how responsible we all are in terms of resources and how tech equipment is treated when employees are no longer able to use it.

The tech industry is part of a value chain in which significant amounts of non-renewable resources are discarded. This needs to change, and we need to own our share of this responsibility by seeking to test new concepts of the circular economy, for ourselves, and in partnership with others.

At the same time, we’re increasing our knowledge of changes and potential changes to politics and regulations so that we’re always up to date on how to help our customers run their business as sustainably as possible. Another part of this is how our organization works around the clock to ensure information security for our customers and ourselves.
