Change Coordinator

We are looking for a Change Coordinator to join our Enterprise Customer Team.


About the job

Work tasks and responsibilities

  • Conduct scope, impact and risk analyses
  •  Approve and authorize local changes
  • Cooperate with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
  • Secure correct scope is delivered
  • Participate in various change meetings (Change advisory Board, Quality assurance)
  • Secure stable operation
  •  Assist other operational processes when needed

Work experience from one or several areas within

  • Work in a position where coordination of other people is important
  • Strong and proven analysis and quality assurance skills
  • Change- and Project Management skills
  • Good knowledge of IT platforms, hardware and desktop / server applications / Network / security

Personal qualifications

  • Reliable, responsible and independent
  • Determined to closely follow up
  • Structured
  • Outstanding communications skill

Formal requirements

  • Education within Information Technology or similar
  • Extensive competence may compensate for formal education
  • Relevant experience within ITIL processes is preferred
  • Master the Norwegian and English language, both written and oral​
