German speaking IT Consultant – Service Desk

We are looking for candidates that can strengthen our team and help us develop our services. As a start, this is a temporary assignment with possibilities for permanent assignment for the right candidate. The positions are located in Stavanger, and all applicants must have a valid work visa and reside in Norway. Responses from non-residents or agents will not be considered.

About the job

Work tasks and responsibilities

  • Phone support from Stavanger (1st 2nd line issues)
  • General IT, application and desktop support to end users
  • Part of On-call duty team 

Personal qualifications

  • Service minded, multi skilled within IT, professional attitude - clean record
  • Structured and polite 

Formal requirements

  • Education and relevant 2-3 years’ experience within IT support
  • Fluent German (mother tongue) and English written and spoken
  • Norwegian language is a plus, but not a requirement
