How is it to work as an IT Architect in Cegal?

Working in Cegal is a good blend of being fun and challengingEvery day is different, and I get to challenge myself daily. I truly appreciate the learning culture we have in Cegal. It is fully acceptable to try and fail, we are even encouraged to do so, and this trust allows me to develop and learn. Even though network and security are my main discipline, I also get to learn very much separate from this specialized field.

How has your career development been at Cegal?

I have worked for Cegal all my professional career. I started as a trainee just after completing my bachelor’s degree as IT Engineer within network and security. I have been given many opportunities to attend courses and take certifications. In addition, I have learned a lot through follow-up by other network technicians which holds many years’ experience. I started my job in Cegal working in operations, but now my work also includes deliveries to large local and international projects.

What is the best thing about working at Cegal?

To me the best thing about working for Cegal is the opportunity we are given to develop and learn professionally, in addition to all the exciting projects we get to be a part of. The great working culture and friendly colleagues is of course also extremely important to me. What I also appreciate a lot is all the different sport activities Cegal offers to the employees, to mention a few we have a soccer team, a beach volley team and a squash team.
